PARK RIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT KINDERGARTEN NEWS RELEASE
Park Ridge children who will be 5 years old by October 1, 2026, will be eligible for full day Kindergarten Registration for the 2026-2027 school year.
Children living west of Pascack Road will attend West Ridge Elementary School. Children living on or east of Pascack Road will attend East Brook School. Please attend the orientation where your child will be registered. Kindergarten Orientation is for parents only.
West Ridge Elementary School Orientation and Registration
Kindergarten Orientation will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in Room 2.
Kindergarten Registration will be held Monday, February 2, 2026, through Friday, April 10, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
East Brook Elementary School Orientation and Registration
Kindergarten Orientation will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Media Center.
Kindergarten Registration will be held Monday, February 2, 2026, through Friday, February 6, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
On-Line Registration
The West Ridge Elementary online registration portal will open on Friday, January 30, 2026. Please go to www.parkridgeschools.org, Our Schools, West Ridge Elementary School, for access.
The East Brook Elementary online registration portal will open on Friday, January 30, 2026. Please go to www.parkridgeschools.org, Our Schools, East Brook Elementary School, for access.
You can access and print the following required forms which you will need to bring into the school during registration hours.
1. New Student Medical Forms
2. New Student Home Language Form
3. New Student Owner/Landlord Affidavit Form
4. Dental Exam Form
Please note, in addition to the forms listed above, the following documents are also required when you register your child for Kindergarten:
1. Original and a copy of your child’s birth certificate
2. Proofs of residential identification
· Original Deed or Tax Bill
· Utility Bill from either PSE&G or the Town of Park Ridge
· If you rent your home, we will require an original up to date lease, utility bill, and the Owner/Landlord Affidavit Form
