Please do not drop checks off at the East Brook or West Ridge main office - payment for EXTRAS should go to the EXTRAS program attendant, or the Business Office.

2023-2024 Rate Table:

4:15 PM pickup rates must be consistent with the scheduled pickup.

LATE CHARGE: $5.00 for every 15 minutes or part thereof after 6:15 PM or 4:15 PM if an early pick-up.

Registration will remain the same as previous years with an annual charge of $35 assessed for your first enrollment.  You can start signing up for the program by logging in or creating an account at Community Pass.

ATTENTION PARENTS: EXTRAS OPENS at 7:30 am, no earlier!

Before school care starts at 7:30 a.m.

After school care starts at 3:20 p.m. and ends at 6:15 p.m. 

On half-days, EXTRAS starts at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 6:15 p.m.

Please provide your student with a nut-free snack and water bottle.

On 1:00 dismissal days, make sure your child has a lunch since snacks are given at 3:15.

The Park Ridge EXTRAS program approaches discipline in a positive way in which children are encouraged to appreciate their own rights and the rights of others.

One goal of our program is to maintain order as we help the children grow in self-esteem and self-discipline.

We have a NO BULLIES program. If your child does not follow our rules or causes harm to others, they will be removed from the program.

• Policy on refunds due to program closures.

  The District does refund money for dates where there are school closures that prevent the program from running as scheduled.
   
  From November 1^st through March 31^st, the district will keep track of any closures or delays which are a result of inclement weather.  In April, the district will issue a credit to each family impacted on those days at the Board approved reimbursement rate. 
   
  Should school be closed on dates outside the range listed above, reimbursement will be made within 30 days of the occurrence.

Join The Flavor Labs for some fun, hands-on food activities!  We will be creating some delicious no-bake treats, as well as some you can take home and pop right in your oven or air fryer!  We will tackle a variety of both sweet and savory recipes.  You'll be sure to impress your family with your kitchen prowess!

You can access the information on your account page.  Go to My Account and click on “View & Pay Balances.” It will then display a listing of the programs you have utilized.  If you click on “View Statement” it will display a list of all your transactions for that program (See screenshots below).  You may have to sort it out by two different years as the district is on a fiscal year end as opposed to a calendar year end.   For example, you may need to take the activity from the 2023-24 year and combine it with the 2024-25 year in order to get the 2024 calendar year total.
